Position Purpose

The Field Representative position is responsible for the efficient implementation of new customers (mostly tiered suppliers) and building and maintaining strong relationships through effective account health management and customer satisfaction.

Major/Key Accountabilities

New Supplier Implementation:

•       Continue the growth of the Automotive NA business through successful implementation of additional suppliers to existing programs.

•       New Account Setup

•       Ensure suppliers are well trained to ensure smooth implementation.

•       Confirm forecasts against actual to maintain healthy inventory levels (30,60,90 day reviews)


Account Health

•       Continued focus on account health metrics and KPI’s to ensure a well maintained supplier base linked to automotive programs.

•       Ongoing account audits and reconciliations.

•       Accounts Receivable – ensuring all disputes are resolved and payments are in line with terms.

•       Additional training and sharing of best practices



•       Account Health Metrics & KPI’s

•       Stock audit completion, resolution and lost equipment invoicing.

•       Customer Satisfaction (NPS) and retention.

•       Brambles DSO targets


Authority/ Decision Making

•       Working in a matrix environment

•       Customer dispute resolution within authority limits
