Position Description

Position Purpose

Design, Develop and Support ServiceNow with focus on the HR modules

Locations:  this position can be located in Orlando, Fl, Tampa Fl, or Alpharetta, GA with some flexibility to work from a home office


This is a global role supporting all countries and businesses in the Brambles Group.


Major/Key Accountabilities

  • Support Administration of ServiceNow – HR environment

  • Manage end to end implementation of ServiceNow – HR new developments and modifications, from requirements gathering, training, change management, documentation, communication, implementation and post implementation support

  • Research and advise on existing and upcoming capabilities of ServiceNow HR modules.

  • Research and implement solutions to HR Cases, incidents and requests

  • Update standards and procedures documentation as required

  • Educate team members on best practices and engage in continuous improvement exercises.



  • Success in this role is measured by:

  • Resolving HR Cases and incidents within agreed SLAs

  • Implementing error free changes

  • Maintaining database integrity

  • Supporting HRSS with global transactions and processes

  • Providing clear and concise documentation

  • Cross training team members

  • Providing a high level of customer satisfaction


Authority/ Decision Making

  • Working with internal customers on solutions to problems

  • Recommend new modules and functionalities

  • Engage in customer and internal meetings supporting HRSS strategy.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related area required.


Desirable Qualifications

  • Certified completion of ServiceNow class

  • Contributor in ServiceNow community site. Knowledge of HR processes.



  • Minimum of 5 years application development experience using a variety of web technologies such as HTML/HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3.

  • Experience in requirements gathering, architecture, business process analysis

  • Experience in building and implementing ServiceNow applications.

  • Knowledge of Workday.

  • Strong cross-platform problem solving skills.

  • Experience in project management

  • Ability to work in fast paced, team-oriented environment.

  • 8-10 years IT / HRIS experience.


Skills and Knowledge   

  • Ability to analyze current portal structures and suggest improvements and optimizations to eliminate inefficiencies

  • Proven ability to design and implement process improvement plans leveraging innovative solutions

  • Ability to manage multiple obligations simultaneously in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, complex and intense environment with remote manager

  • Gather business requirements,

  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, decision making skills, and relationship building skills,

  • QA and User Acceptance testing

  • Implementation support


Languages Essential: English; Desirable: Spanish
