INTERNSHIP – Video Production, Change Management
Paid internship (part-time, flexible hours)

Anticipated Duration and Hours:
This Internship will last 4+ months / 20+ hours per week. The internship may be extended upon mutual agreement between the company and intern.
Skills / prior experience required:
Must have a willingness to learn using video production software, namely Camtasia to support organizational change management within an SAP implementation project. The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills and experience working in a team environment or in project coordination.
- Photoshop and video production skills would be ideal to be successful in this position.
- The candidate should have an interest in and/or experience with professional or technical writing along with video editing and/or production.
- The candidate will need to coordinate and deliver tactical work items to project stakeholders on time, within budget and with quality.
Project Objective / Business Justification:
Objective of this opportunity will be to leverage current educational content in real world scenarios in terms of change management activities to support IT project delivery.
Areas of focus:
1. Working with the project team to ensure key training materials are built, reviewed and posted onto our CHEP Azure cloud for use within our service center portal.
2. Achieve deadlines set by Change Manager in order to ensure collaterals are available on time to support change management efforts. Timely delivery is critical to enable local SMEs to review, provide feedback and approve before imbedding within the system.
3. Provide support to the extended Global IT organization where needs arise and as time allows
Strong interpersonal skills are required for clear communication and collaboration with Global IT and its Customers. The ideal candidate will engage with CHEP employees on IT projects as an equal member, and develop skills & techniques directly applicable to their careers.
