Anticipated Duration and Hours:
This Internship will last 3 to 4+ months and the intern will work 30+ hours per week. The internship may be extended upon mutual agreement between the company and intern.

Skills / prior experience required:
The candidate will provide administrative and technical support for all Global Business Integration (GBI) services and technologies.

Duties include:
 Ability to work in team-oriented environment.
 Some knowledge of transport methods such as SMTP, FTP, EDI-INT (AS2), HTTP
 Good written and verbal communications skills.
 Prioritization and maintaining schedules while multi-tasking in a dynamic environment.
 Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.)

Will be trained to:
 Support the implementation of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transaction sets and business process changes with external customers.
 Provide support for internal and external customers including troubleshooting, identifying system and process improvements, and introducing new technology as appropriate.
 Analyse and diagnose data quality or system deficiency issues while providing options for resolution.

They will be given the opportunity to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
