Position Purpose

 

  • To foster and develop excellent commercial and transactional relationships towards achieving an annual volume/revenue growth budget for assigned locations of large Produce Sector Inside Sales(Manage) and Strategic Accounts (Support).
  • Assure account health through excellent corporate and location level service and collaboration. 
  • Identify and leverage Value Creation/JBP Initiatives with assigned  Account  Manager to differentiate, build customer loyalty, and expand  growth/ margin.

 

Scope

 

  • Number of Countries:  1 – All US Locations
  • Number of Locations:  35-45 HQs/75 Locations
  • Support Location level relationships around Customer Service Issues, Transactions, Audits, Accounts Receivable, Forecasting, and Interco revenue. 
  • Manage overall account health and enforce contractual term and contingencies.

 

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Manage Commercial Offering for 200+ SME – Small to Medium Enterprise Accounts and the relationships necessary to deliver customer focused results Including…….
  • Exceed New Business/Expansion Revenue Targets
  • Lead/Build on Brambles Zero Harm Culture
  • Identify and Implement Value Creation
  • Expand Commercial Offering -  New Products
  • Improving Commercial Terms with all stated customers to deliver increased BVA Year over Year
  • Collaborate with Retail Sales to drive New Vertical Growth
  • Partner with Brambles counterpart companies to implement all-encompassing solutions
  • Manage  annual Stock Takes to successful closure. No Loss/LEN Billing
  • Protect via Relationship Excellence and Management of Commercial Agreements
  • Customer Satisfaction that results in improved NPS scores.
  • Portfolio Strategy
  • Working in a matrixed environment with the ability to work autonomously
  • Customer Issue Solutions

 

Experience:

 

  • Analytical Technical Skills

  • Accounting or CHEP transactional skills equivalent

  • Phone Sales Skills

  • Large Account Management Skills

  • Produce Business Acumen – Retail, Grower shipper, or Supplier

  • Bi-Lingual Spanish – Nice to have but not a requirement for the job

     

    Qualifications:

     

  • Essential Qualifications
  • College Degree –Business Discipline
  • 5 or more years of Sales Experience or related Industry Experience
  • Strong Excel and Power Point Skills
  • Outlook Email experience and etiquette along with sound keyboarding skills for a fast paced environment. 
  • Ability to manipulate and manage multiple Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Creative Presentation skills. 
  • Produce Industry B to B selling experience. 
  • Team or Group Project Leadership
  • Latin America B to B selling experience

 

Desirable Qualifications

 

  • Existing Produce Industry Executive level relationships
  • Financial/Supply Chain Modeling experience
  • Bi Lingual- English/Spanish
