POSITION PURPOSE
Execute full customer service duties to an assigned customer base which could be configured either by geography or affiliation.

SCOPE
Annual Revenue Budget: $10M
Number of Countries: 2 (USA & Canada)
Number of Locations: OEMs could be up to 5 affiliations. Suppliers could be up to 100 locations.

MAJOR / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Manage the relationship between CHEP and the customer
• Identify additional revenue opportunities that exist within the identified customers and work with the Business Development team to maximize opportunities
• Meet regularly with customers in the field to capture insights, collaborate to seek solutions, craft action plans and to make and deliver on customer experience promises
• Lead the process of program implementation at customers by proper customer education, tracking of KPIs, timely invoice payment, and establishment of relationships
• Perform customer maintenance tasks such as audits, business reviews, and problem resolution
• Be the face of CHEP to the customer and establish CHEP as the global leader in supply chain management

QUALIFICATIONS
Strong business-to-business acumen

Desirable Qualifications:
