HR INTERN (English + Spanish as beneft)

Location: Warsaw (HR Shared Service Center)

Your future challenges

Acting as first point-of –contact for employees providing high touch service;

          Manage and update data in HRIS (Workday) and other HR systems where needed;

          Perform intake of HR inquiries via case management or telephone;

          Utilize knowledgebase and general knowledge to support issue resolution, provide counsel or identify when case escalation is appropriate;

          Prepare documents, emails and other items as required per processes/legislation of supported countries/region;

          Works collaboratively within a team to share ideas, ownership, and accountability for driving improvements and consistency of execution for key HR processes.

What do we look for?

          Fluent English; advanced Spanish will be a plus

          Student’s status ; min. Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Management, or a related field is desired;

          Interest in HR Administration / Management area;

          Analytical skills with attention to details;

          Good communication and organizational skills;

          High motivation and openness to learn;

          Skilled user of MS Office.
