Position Purpose

  • The position is responsible for conducting FP&A activities within the North America FP&A team, including but not limited to Long Term Planning, Annual Budgeting, Forecasting, Standard Reporting and other Business Support & Analysis activities as required. The position will focus on executing standard processes, based on maintaining internal service levels

Major/Key Accountabilities

  • Supports the execution of the Annual Budgeting and Forecasting process in the region to provide performance targets

  • Supports the production of the long-term plans for the region to provide a robust and timely strategic plan

  • Apply standard tools and processes within the region to simplify operations

  • Supports the production of regional standard and ad-hoc Finance reports to serve customers and fulfil internal service levels

  • Supports the execution of other Business Support & Analysis activities to efficiently serve internal customers

  • Drives the delivery of FP&A outputs based in Mexico City to maintain internal service levels

Accountabilities specific to this role only:

  • Supports the production of consolidated reports for North America

  • Supports the production of standardized metric reports

  • Ensures the integrity of forecast and reporting data in consolidation reporting system


  • The level of forecast and budget accuracy and/or the achievement of the BU budget and forecast within the market under responsibility as measured by % variance

  • The quality of insight and commentary on the financial results and performance within the market(s)

  • The % standard tools, processes and metrics developed and adopted within the market(s)

  • Customer (Regional/Market BP’s and other Finance/ Business stakeholder) satisfaction

  • Achievement of task delivery within agreed scope, schedule and quality


Authority/Decision Making

  • Finance approval limits as defined by the Brambles, BU and CBU LOA matrix



  • Ability to work across different time zones and cultures both within Finance and across the Business

  • Navigating the complexity of working in a matrix structure

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting or in a relevant finance technical discipline

  • Desirable: Master’s Degree (e.g. Finance, Business Administration, Accounting)



  • 1-3+ years of Finance or Accounting Management, FP&A experience preferably in complex multinational businesses within Finance roles


Skills and Knowledge

  • Refer the Technical and Behavioral Function Profile for detailed requirements, however key aspects include:

  • Solid understanding of FP&A, Commercial and Supply Chain Finance processes

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

  • Well-developed use of Microsoft applications – Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
