INTERNSHIP - BUSINESS ANALYST

This Internship will last 4 to 6+ months and the intern will work 20+ hours per week. The internship may be extended upon mutual agreement between the company and intern.
Skills / prior experience required:
Experience and skills can be varied. The ideal candidate will be someone who is looking for an opportunity to learn about the inner workings of IT and Business Analysis. The candidate will collaborate with IT Business Analysis professionals on project delivery and project metrics; doing the right things, the right way. Experience with SharePoint and MS Office is required. Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.
Project Objective / Business Justification:
Objective of this opportunity will be to leverage current educational content in real world scenarios in terms of IT project delivery and business analysis metrics to enable continuous improvement. Areas of focus:
1. Work with key stakeholders to deliver Enhancement Requests for Salesforce.com as well as other application Enhancement Requests.
2. Provide project support for the transition of the Enhancement Request tool to Service Now.
3. Collaborate with the Business Analysis Center of Excellence Maturity Task Force leaders to ensure project scope and deliverables are progressing.
4. Support Business Analysis team management reporting needs with regards to time management and performance metrics.
5. Support Business Analysis deliverables in partnership with other Business Analysts on the team.
Strong interpersonal skills are required for clear communication and collaboration with Global IT and its Customers. The ideal candidate will engage with CHEP employees on IT projects as an equal member, and develop skills & techniques directly applicable to their careers.

They will be given the opportunity to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Learn how to apply critical thinking skills in problem identification and data analysis, and in recognizing the implications of decisions. The intern will also learn the critical processes in the Project Life Cycle.
