OVERVIEW
Brambles is a global supply chain logistics company operating in more than 60 countries, with its largest operations in North America and Western Europe. It employs more than 14,500 people and is an industry leader in the transportation of goods for customers worldwide.

Brambles is looking to extend market leadership and has created of an IOT division called BXB Digital. By tapping into the Internet of Things we are looking to transform the supply chain industry by bringing digital intelligence to the physical assets the company owns globally.

POSITION SCOPE
Directly support research initiatives led by the senior strategic marketing lead. Ideal candidate is analytical, focused, able to synthesize data into actionable insights and excels at working independently and with cross-functional teams.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Work directly with the strategic marketing lead to support research and data gathering projects from initiation through report generation
• Establish a competitive insights function
• Research market landscape to build future looking view of industry and technology
• Gather data and provide analysis delivered as simple insights that can be used to validate product & GTM strategies
• Integrate qualitative insights & knowledge from in-person interactions with company SME’s

QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA/graduate school student majored in market research, social sciences (psychology, sociology, etc.) or marketing preferred
• Has a strong knowledge of research and can take a creative approach to finding relevant data

SKILLS
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• Natural ability to work well with diverse teams and cross-functional organizations
• Good at problem solving and at working on your own to find information that is relevant to company objectives
• Can offer recommendations on building a repeatable process for data and intelligence gathering
• Proficient in Microsoft applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word

EXPERIENCE
• Have executed basic research projects

LANGUAGE REQUIRED
High proficiency in English
