Position Purpose

Role provided key analytical support to entire supply chain including measuring, tracking, analyzing, modeling and reporting of cross functional metrics. Role supports and leads key decision making projects.

Major/Key Accountabilities

  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of operations initiatives, including consolidation of data into monthly executive level views.
  • Develop and lead content during executive level approvers meetings.
  • Act as liaison to Finance for validation and execution of Operations initiatives
  • Assist and support the development of new operational business intelligence
  • Provide controls and standardization to monitors 3pl contract rate changes
  • Develop project monitors on key operational initiatives
  • Ability to lead, organize and report out on projects / work streams assigned.
  • Implementation of improvements to current operational processes while driving consistency amongst the supply chain teams.
  • Provide accurate ad hoc analysis for Operations and Supply Chain partners.

Essential Qualifications:

  • BS in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent experience

Desirable Qualifications:

  • MBA, Six Sigma Green Belt



  • Supply Chain experience (3 years)


Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and Access skills
  • Excellent project management, time management, and organization skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational ability and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn complex tools and concepts quickly
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with ability to report details in clear, concise summary for management
  • SharePoint Experience preferred
  • Understanding of Supply Chain and Operations
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Six Sigma/Lean methodologies preferred
